(2) Low thermal expansion coefficient (low CTE) can reduce the warping caused by temperature factors and reduce the copper fracture caused by thermal expansion at the corner of the hole. Especially in the PCB board with eight or more layers, the performance of the plated through hole is better than that of the ordinary TG value PCB board.
